30 day money-back guarantee for any reason
Undamaged products may be returned for refund for any reason within 30 days of purchasing. Once the returned item arrives back in VAVA’ warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a refund request for non-quality issues outside of this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through the VAVA online store, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.
Process for returning merchandise
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact your reseller or email support@vava.com for assistance.
- Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.
RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to VAVA. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.

What does this warranty cover?
If the original manufacture or workmanship of the product is deemed defective during the warranty period, VAVA will replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of VAVA and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
What does the warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper use or installation
- Cosmetic damage
- Damage due to acts of nature. For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes and similar
- Accidents
- Misuse
- Negligence
- Commercial use
- Modifications to any part of the product, including the antenna
- Connection to an incorrect voltage supply
- Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
VAVA will service and not replace:
- Products sold ‘as is’ or with all faults declared
- Consumables, such as fuses or batteries
- Products where the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed
VAVA’s warranty program is the only warranty for any and all VAVA products. VAVA® is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, including but not limited to: lost data, loss of use of your product, lost business or lost profits. VAVA® makes no other express warranties with respect to the product. All express and implied warranties for the product include but are not limited to any implied warranties of and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties are limited in duration to the warranty period set forth above and no warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the warranty period. Some states, provinces and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or province to province.

Free shipping on orders equal to or more than $39.99. $3.99 shipping on orders under $39.99.
Shipping Orders
Normally orders will ship within 2-7 business days of processing payment, unless particularly noted else where on the website, at the time order is placed, or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through RAVPower.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
Delivery Address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to RAVPower as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to RAVPower, please contact RAVPower to make arrangements for reshipment.

Most RAVPower.com orders will be processed by Amazon, and shipped directly from Amazon distribution center in California.
Delivery Times
When you place an order on the RAVPower website, you will receive a shipping info email from Amazon and/or one from the website. Please check your registered email inbox for your order status. Additionally, you can check the shipping info through My Account -> Order History after you log in to our website.
Standard Shipping
Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 3-5 business days after receiving the order.
Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to apply for return within 30 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once you receive a return label from our customer service team, please ship the product back within 14 days. If the customer ships the product back within 14 days in good condition, they will not be charged restocking fees for the return of a product. Unfortunately, VAVA will not be covering replacement shipping costs from these locations:

If the customer ships the product back 14 to 30 days after receiving the return label, or if the returned item is missing accessories/has sustained cosmetic damage, they will be charged a restocking fee (15% of the product’s original price). If the customer ships the product back over 30 days after receiving the return label, they will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee can go up to 50% if the customer has purposefully damaged the product.
If you received a free item or a gift with purchase, you can either return it with the package or keep it. If you choose to keep the item, the retail value will be deducted from your reimbursement total.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@vava.com.
